During the 15 month programme, employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of financial services, regulation and compliance, financial products and services, building impactful relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Compliance and Risk Officer Level 3
During the 15 month programme, employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of compliance and risk, regulation, financial products and services, building impactful relationships and report writing for compliance.
Investment Operations Technician Level 3
During the 15 month programme, employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of investment operations, regulation, investment products and services and building impactful relationships.
Motor Finance Specialist Level 3
During the 24 month programme, employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of financial services, regulation and compliance, financial products and services, building impactful relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Financial Services Administrator Level 3
During the 12-18 month programme, employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of financial services, regulation and compliance, financial products and services, building impactful relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Mortgage Adviser Level 3
During the 12-18 month programme, employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of financial services, regulation and compliance, know your customer, financial products and services, building impactful relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Insurance Practitioner Level 3
During the 12-18 month programme, employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of insurance, drive to excel, innovation and building impactful relationships.
Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3
In the 12-18 months it takes to complete the programme, participants will develop a thorough understanding of how to supervise in a regulated environment through studying topics such as: HR & legal requirements, mentoring & coaching, time management & effective delegation, dealing with conflict & communication, strategy & project management and operational & finance /budget management.
Investment Operations Specialist Level 4
During the 18-24 month programme, employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of financial services, regulation and compliance, financial products and services, building impactful relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Paraplanner Level 4
During the 24 – 36 month programme, employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of financial services, regulation, financial products and services, building impactful relationships and knowing your client.
Financial Adviser Level 4
During the 24 – 30 month programme, employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of financial services, regulation, financial products and services, building impactful relationships and knowing your client.
Associate Project Manager Level 4
During the 24 month programme, employees will cover the 12 syllabus areas of the PMQ topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of project management; including the structure of organisations and projects, project life cycle, Communication, Leadership and teamwork and planning for success; in a financial services environment.
Operations Manager Level 5
In the 24-32 months it takes to complete the programme, participants will develop a thorough understanding of how to lead and manage in a financial services regulated environment through studying topics such as: building impactful relationships, leading and managing people, project delivery and operational management.
